Company’s Obligations:
We may update these terms from time to time, and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please make sure you are aware of the current terms.
The description of online fee payment services is specific to your need once you log in with your unique password. All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. INTEGRATING PAYMENT GATEWAY reserves the proper to change the fees at any time. Refer to the service confirmation against the cost before processing the payment.
Responsibility:
Your payment will usually reach the INTEGRATING PAYMENT GATEWAY account to which you’re making a payment in under three-four working days of our company.
• We cannot accept responsibility for a payment not reaching the proper INTEGRATING PAYMENT GATEWAY account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or personal information. Neither can we obtain liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
• If the cardboard supplier declines payment INTEGRATING PAYMENT GATEWAY is not committed to bringing this fact to your knowledge. You should always check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
• In no event will INTEGRATING PAYMENT GATEWAY be responsible for any damages whatsoever arising out of use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this site, any websites linked to the present site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether supported warranty, contract, tort or the other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
• The Company shall not be responsible or pay any compensation for any downtime that will occur.
Confidentiality:
The Company will maintain the confidentiality of each transaction. It will not disclose commercially sensitive information, except to the extent necessary for the Services.
DND Policy:
Suppose you would like to stop any further SMS/email alerts/contacts from our side. In that case, all you would like to do is send an email:- info@astrologersridev.com with your mobile numbers, and you will be excluded from the alerts list.
Legislation:
The construction, validity, and performance of those terms and conditions shall be governed per RBI. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from this or the breach, termination, or invalidity shall be settled by arbitration following the laws.
